Although retirement was fantastic, I've decided to pursue a career in underwater photography (alias: Joe's homeschool teacher). Hopefully some of my pictures will be good enough to post on here. And if they're not...well, I'll just post them anyway.
Also, wordpress is becoming more and more appealing.

What makes Wordpress so appealing?
Wordpress appears to be more user friendly than blogger.
I like the sidebar widgets (especially Flickr) and the fact that you can have several pages, giving your blog a multidimensional feel. The stats features also catch my eye, but sitemeter seems to have better stalking capabilities.
